Operating Buffers:
Monovalent buffers only (e.g. Tris and acetate). ChromaSorb membrane adsorber is not recommended for use in processes that are in multivalent buffers such as phosphate and citrate as this can lead to reduced capacity.

Each device has been 100% integrity tested to ensure there is no bypass of the membrane and comes with a certificate of quality and a users guide. The ChromaSorb 50mL device is ideally suited for pilot and medium volume processing.
